Housekeeping

Housekeeping Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong, enthusiastic and charismatic leader to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

THE ROLE

  • As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll work under the guidance of our Housekeeping Manager assisting to develop our Housekeeping team and ensure our guests are dealt with in a timely manner whilst delivering an exceptional service.
  • As Housekeeping Supervisor you should have a passion for guest satisfaction, have a great attitude towards customer service and be the face of the hotel.
  • You will work to encourage and develop the team, and to promote and maintain the professional profile of the Housekeeping team.
  • You will be an excellent team player, have great attention to detail and display a positive can-do attitude at all times.
  • You will assist with training and improving the team to Leading Quality Assurance standards; ensure the seamless running of Housekeeping and maintain strong relationships with both the guests and team.
  • You will have had at least 2 years Housekeeping experience in a 3/4-star hotel environment; now being ready to take on the challenge of progression.
  • This is a hands-on role which will require working early and weekend shifts as required by the business.

Housekeeping Attendant

THE ROLE

  • Maintain levels of cleanliness that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests
  • Have a good eye for detail and a friendly approach ensuring our excellent standards are adhered to at all times
  • Report maintenance issues and concerns in all areas
  • To be responsible for all assigned keys
  • To ensure that all lost property is handled in the correct manner
  • Manage your Housekeeping trolley and ensure it is stocked correctly at the end of the day
  • Carry out periodic cleaning projects in guest rooms, hallways and public areas
  • Have a responsible attitude towards Health & Safety during working practices and in all areas
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Put our guests at the forefront of everything that they do
  • This is a hands on role which will require working weekdays and weekends with early starts where required
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not necessary

Reception

Reception Team Member

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a great personality to join our team as Hotel Receptionist.  You will be part of a department responsible for achieving a high standard of customer care and creating the ultimate customer experience. 

THE ROLE

  • Have a proven track record in hotel and company of similar standards and in a similar capacity.
  • Be involved with all day to day Reception duties, providing great customer service.
  • Be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience of working with Front Office PMS systems is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Carry out tasks within a team to consistent and correct standards helping to develop the department to its potential
  • Be required to check in and check out our guests ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay
  • You will be expected to be a point of contact for our guests should they have any queries, answering the telephone and assist in providing room and bar service
  • You should have a passion for guest satisfaction, have a great attitude towards customer service and be the face of the hotel.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • This is a hands on role which will require working various shifts patterns 5 days out of 7, across the week including some weekends as required by the business.

Chef de Partie

THE ROLE

  • As Chef De Partie you will support the team through being an efficient and effective member of the kitchen brigade
  • We are looking for a hardworking, talented Chef, with great passion for food who is looking to grow and learn beyond their current skill set.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, have an eye for detail and enjoy working with fresh produce to create modern dishes.
  • You will have previous experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment a strong passion for cuisine.
  • You will be highly motivated and flexible in all aspects of the Chef de Partie role.
  • This is a hands-on role which will require working early, late and weekend shifts as required by the business.

THE ROLE
